Notes:

a) Confirmation needed to be done before the end of validity date. For confirmation after the validity date, quotation will have to be revised where rates might change.

b) For GIT, tours needed to be blocked minimum 3 months before date of departure.

c) For tours during high season, e.g. Easter, Christmas, New Year, Keukenhof in Netherlands, Carnival in Venice we appreciate for confirmation to block tours 5 months in advance or earlier.

Rooming:

a) 1st rooming list update 50 Days before departure b)

b) Last changes on rooming list should be done 15 Days before departure.

c) 1 Adult + 1 Child in Twin Room = Rates of 2 Adults (For 1 Adult in a Twin room with

Children, 1 Child will be quoted as Adult rate)

d) 2 Children in Twin Room = Rates of 2 Adults (For 2 Children staying in a room without adult, both children will be quoted as Adult rate)

e) Maximum 3 Triple rooms per group

f) Minimum 7 rooms per group

City & Tourist Taxes

a) In some cities in Europe, hotel charges City Tax / Tourist Tax between

GBP/Euro/CHF 1 to GBP/Euro/CHF 10 per person per night.

b) NIKI Global Incoming will only include the city tax rates in the final invoice subjected to the updated rates set up by the city councils/given by the hotel.

Payment Policy

a) 35% Deposit required 50 days before departure

b) Full payment 30 days before departure

c) Confirmation less than 30 days before departure, full payment required upon confirmation

d) After full payment received, NG I will advise hotel name, booking details and all vouchers a week before departure. **Driver’s details will only be forwarded 1 day before service

Cancellation Policy

a) Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to enquiry@gdrholidays.com.

b) No charges for group cancellation 50 days prior to arrival

c) No charges for pax cancellation 30 days prior to arrival

d) 35% chargesfor group cancellation 30 days prior to arrival

e) 50% charges for group/pax cancellation 15 days prior to arrival

f) 100% charges for group/pax cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
